I have never had such a bad experience in my entire life as dealing with this dishonest company. The customer service is nonexistent and I would suggest going to ANY OTHER wireless company before doing business with Cricket…PLEASE HEED MY WARNING!

I should not have to go to any other site other than the company's official "Customer Service site"...I have called all the phone numbers for Cricket for over 3 weeks and can't get a simple answer to "Where is my phone" or "When can I expect it". I ordered 2 phones + service on Feb. 24th (of course it did not take more than a few minutes for Cricket to debit my bank account for this)however only one phone showed up in the box. After many many calls to Cricket I am still no closer to a resolution than I was on the 25th when the first phone arrived...I just keep getting the run around! And to make matters worse, I was told that I could not just cancel the one phone...I would have to cancel them both and then WAIT 30+ days to get reimbursed...WOW. I was a Cricket customer for over 10 years and now I would not recommend them to anyone. I think that it is probably time that Cricket just "Closed their doors" seeing that this is the best that they can do!
